How Energy Medicine Found Me

When I first began my journey as a health practitioner, I never imagined that I would become interested in bioenergetic medicine or frequency-based therapies.

In fact, if you had told me years ago that I would spend part of my career exploring energetic approaches to health, I probably would have laughed.

But sometimes the most meaningful paths are the ones we don't intentionally choose.

They find us.

Over the years, I became increasingly curious about the body's ability to communicate, adapt, and heal. That curiosity led me into the world of bioenergetics—a field that has been exciting, thought-provoking, and deeply influential in both my personal and professional growth.

What fascinated me first was a simple observation:

We already live in a world of vibration.

Music can change our mood within seconds.

Sound waves travel invisibly through the air.

Light exists as frequencies that our eyes interpret as color.

A key fob can unlock a car without physically touching it.

Radio signals, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular communication all operate through frequencies we cannot see.

Much of the world around us is invisible, yet undeniably real.

As I continued studying, I became fascinated by the idea that our bodies are also constantly communicating through electrical and energetic signals.

The heart produces measurable electrical activity.

The brain communicates through electrical impulses.

Cells send signals to one another continuously.

Every moment, an extraordinary amount of communication is happening beneath our awareness.

I also became interested in how our emotional experiences seem to influence our physiology.

Most of us have experienced this firsthand.

Anxiety can make our heart race.

Stress can create muscle tension.

A loving embrace can create a sense of calm.

A song can instantly transport us back to a memory from years ago.

Our emotional experiences are not separate from our bodies. They are deeply intertwined.

As I explored bioenergetic approaches, I began noticing something else.

Many people describe experiences that feel difficult to explain through traditional language alone.

Thinking about someone moments before they call.

Finishing a loved one's sentence.

Sensing that something is wrong before receiving news.

Feeling immediately calmer when sitting with a trusted friend.

Whether we explain these experiences through intuition, nervous system attunement, emotional connection, or something else entirely, they remind us that human connection may be more complex than we often realize.

For me, these questions have become a source of curiosity rather than certainty.

I don't pretend to have all the answers.

What I do know is that the human body is remarkably intelligent.

And I have been fortunate to work with tools that allow me to explore patterns within the body from a bioenergetic perspective.

These tools don't replace nutrition.

They don't replace lifestyle change.

They don't replace medical care.

Instead, they provide another lens through which to view the body and its stressors.

Combined with coaching, bodywork, nutrition, and frequency-specific interventions, they often help me ask better questions and personalize care in a way that feels meaningful to my clients.

One area that has been particularly rewarding is the use of frequency-based approaches to support comfort and reduce pain.

While every person responds differently, I continue to be fascinated by the ways that targeted interventions can influence how people feel in their bodies.

What began as curiosity has become one of the most unexpected and enriching parts of my practice.

Not because it has given me all the answers.

But because it has taught me to remain open to asking better questions.

The longer I work in health, the more I realize that healing is rarely about finding one perfect solution.

It's about understanding the many layers that make us human—our biology, our emotions, our beliefs, our relationships, our environment, and perhaps even aspects of ourselves that we don't yet fully understand.

Energy medicine found me when I wasn't looking for it.

And whether it ultimately proves to be science, art, intuition, or some combination of all three, it has expanded the way I think about health, healing, and the incredible complexity of the human experience.
