The initial appointment is an assessment of the client's health history and personal health goals. You will receive five Qest 4 scans. I will then make dietary recommendations and collaborate with the client on menu planning and lifestyle goals.

Follow-up appointments are all about keeping the client motivated, evaluating progress, and making adjustments. Accountability is an essential part of establishing long-term lifestyle habits.

With each follow-up appointment, we will discuss any challenges until you feel in control of your new habits.

Massive changes all at once are challenging to maintain and can often create anxiety and lead to disappointment.
